We will refund or replace any item where you are not satisfied with that Item where:
• There is a fault with the item
• It is unused or it is not what you expected or you simply don’t want it. Return it to us and we will either replace the item or refund the price you paid on the item within 10 days from the date of your invoice, as long as it is un-used and in its original packaging and you meet the costs of returning the items to our premises.
• Also we will either replace or refund the price you paid of any item within 10 days from the date of your invoice if the goods are damaged in delivery and signed for as damaged upon receipt, or we are advised of the damage on the date of delivery. We may require photographic verification of the damage.
We understand that you are not always sure of what you will receive when you order or buy online, we will work with you where possible to make sure you are satisfied with you purchase.
